Nautica Bag Repair Returned With a Mismatched Zipper

I purchased a Nautica women's handbag from the Boyner store at Serdivan Shopping Mall in Sakarya. Less than a month after purchasing it, the zipper developed a defect and no longer opened and closed properly. I returned the bag to the store and requested that it be repaired under warranty.
After waiting approximately 21 business days, the repaired bag was returned to me. Although the original zipper problem had been fixed, I immediately noticed that the replacement zipper did not match the original color of the bag. The repair restored the zipper's function, but it ruined the bag's original appearance. The mismatched zipper looks unprofessional, is visually distracting, and leaves the product looking different from the one I originally purchased.
What is even more disappointing is that such an obvious cosmetic issue was not noticed during the quality inspection before the bag was returned to me. Because of this careless repair, I now have to send the bag back for service once again and face another 21-business-day waiting period. Since purchasing the bag, I have spent more time waiting for repairs than actually using the product, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request that the bag be repaired again using a zipper that matches the original color and appearance while ensuring it functions properly. If restoring the bag to its original condition is not possible, I request a replacement with a new product. I also expect Boyner and Nautica to handle the inspection and repair process with greater care and attention to detail, provide a permanent and satisfactory solution, and take into account the considerable time, inconvenience, and frustration this experience has caused.
