Calvin Klein Bag Stained After First Use – Brand Ignored Complaint
On July 26, 2025, I purchased a white Calvin Klein shoulder bag from the Boyner store at Forum Istanbul. The first time I used the bag, I noticed that the edges had turned blue, as if the color had transferred. I took the product back to the store and requested an inspection.
I was told over the phone that my claim had been approved, but when I went to the store, I was informed that this was incorrect information and that the claim had not been approved. I lost time due to this miscommunication and the store’s incorrect guidance. I sent the bag for a second inspection, but this time I received a rejection.
I tried to contact customer service, but no one responded. Experiencing such a defect after using the bag only twice raises serious concerns about the quality of the brand. I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost two months now, and no solution has been offered. I paid ₺5,399 by credit card in a single transaction.
I request a full refund for the defective product and expect that my issue be resolved immediately.
After using a white bag from the Calvin Klein brand for about 2 weeks, navy blue paint stains started to appear on the bottom. I bought the bag from the Boyner Bayrampaşa Forum Istanbul Mall store and I still have my receipt. I sent the product to the store twice, but each time it was returned to me stating that it was customer error. However, every time I use the bag, this problem keeps recurring, and without any external factors, the bottom part leaves navy blue paint during normal use. It is unacceptable for a product I bought for 5525 TL to show such deformation in such a short time. I am requesting a refund.
