Nars Employees Used Disrespectful Language And Dismissed My Complaint
On October 21, 2025, at around 4:00 PM, while passing by the Nars store in Kanyon Mall, I nodded my head to greet one of the employees. However, the employee responded with insulting words, saying, “Who are you saying hello to?” I usually greet everyone around me out of courtesy, but this is the first time I have received such a reaction.
After the incident, I entered the store and explained the situation to another female employee at the cashier. But she also reacted negatively, saying, “If you were trying to meet her, she could brush you off; that’s totally normal. It’s ridiculous for you to tell us this. You can’t bother anyone outside of working hours.” While I was trying to explain what happened, she was similarly dismissive. I stayed in the store for about five minutes.
I request that the necessary action be taken regarding the Nars employees involved and that I receive an apology.
