I Left NARS İstinyePark Without Buying Due to Rude and Unprofessional Staff Behavior

I visited the NARS store at İstinyePark AVM in İzmir intending to ask about a product and make a purchase. Unfortunately, I walked out empty-handed—not because of the product, but because of the unacceptable attitude of one of the store employees. She was a short woman with light curly hair and light-colored eyes, and her rude and dismissive tone immediately stood out.

When I asked a simple question about a product, she acted as if I was bothering her. Her body language, tone, and lack of interest made me feel extremely uncomfortable—as if she was doing me a favor by speaking at all. Instead of receiving product information or recommendations, I was met with sarcasm and condescension. It genuinely felt like she was seconds away from verbally lashing out. I was so put off that I chose not to buy anything and left the store immediately.

I’m shocked that a premium brand like NARS would allow someone with such an unprofessional attitude to represent them. It reflects poorly not just on that location, but on the brand as a whole. I urge NARS to review their hiring practices and ensure that employees are trained in respectful, customer-focused service. I will not return to that store unless corrective action is taken.
