I purchased a "Remote-Controlled Drift Car" for my child from an international seller on N11. The product took an entire month to arrive, during which my child eagerly waited, having saved up their holiday allowance for this toy.
When the package finally arrived, we were completely shocked. The item sent had absolutely nothing to do with the product we ordered. When I contacted N11 about this issue, they gave an absurd response, stating that the incorrect item needed to be sent back overseas.
This solution is unacceptable. How is this proper business ethics or corporate responsibility? Are we expected to wait another month for the return shipment, with no guarantee of a satisfactory resolution?
I've been a loyal N11 customer for many years and have never experienced such an absurd situation. I expect N11 to rectify this unreasonable situation in a manner befitting their corporate status.
