N11 Delays Shipping for Months and Refuses to Allow Order Cancellations

I shopped at N11 on January 30th, and at that time, the estimated shipping date was February 7th. Since the product was international, this seemed acceptable when I placed the order. However, when I checked today, the shipping date had changed to February 27th, and it keeps getting delayed. The seller is unreachable, and I cannot cancel my order. Customer representatives keep telling me to wait, but they offer no real solution or explanation for the delay. What kind of company operates like this? Am I expected to wait for months for my product? This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will take legal action and bring this matter to court.
