N11 Delayed Samsung Galaxy A70 Refund

I'm having a really tough time with the LCD product I bought from N11. The order number is 202259338436. The item arrived in a defective condition, but even though I followed the return procedure and sent it back, the process for getting a refund has been delayed. Even after trying to reach out to customer support through various channels and providing evidence of the issue, I haven't received any response from N11 within the two-business-day timeframe they promised. It's really annoying to be stuck in a situation where there's no communication or action from N11. They're not living up to their promise to customers and their own rules. Regrettably, we have no choice but to rely on the seller!
