The next day, the seller almost tripled the price of the product I purchased. When the order shipping time was up, an automatic message came from the system and it was stated that a reminder message was sent to the seller. 4 days have passed since then and the seller has still not shipped the product I wanted to buy until today (20.12.2024). When I contacted N11 customer service, they told me to send a message to the seller, so I sent a message to the seller from the system. The seller said that the order would be canceled due to a "system integration error" exactly 8 days after the date I placed the order and upon my asking. Oh, what a beautiful world, change the price of the order the next day, then when the customer went after my order, there was a system error. Where is customer satisfaction, respect for the customer? If there was a mistake, would you inform the customer whose credit card you immediately deducted the money from 8 days later, and moreover, after the customer asks for the status of the order, oh seller, oh N11?
