N11 Canceled My Order After Raising the Price and Delaying Shipment
I placed an order numbered 205165954837 from the seller named "Profirsat" on 12.12.2024 from the N11 application. The transaction was approved the same day. The next day, the seller almost tripled the price of the product I purchased. When the order shipping time was up, an automatic message came from the system and it was stated that a reminder message was sent to the seller. 4 days have passed since then and the seller has still not shipped the product I wanted to buy until today (20.12.2024). When I contacted N11 customer service, they told me to send a message to the seller, so I sent a message to the seller from the system. The seller said that the order would be canceled due to a "system integration error" exactly 8 days after the date I placed the order and upon my asking. Oh, what a beautiful world, change the price of the order the next day, then when the customer went after my order, there was a system error. Where is customer satisfaction, respect for the customer? If there was a mistake, would you inform the customer whose credit card you immediately deducted the money from 8 days later, and moreover, after the customer asks for the status of the order, oh seller, oh N11? You noticed the mistake and changed the price, why don't you contact the customer immediately? The seller caused problems with shipping not only to me but also to other customers. I think the seller was not sincere during the process. I demand that N11 compensate for my grievance.
