On July 17, 2024, at 8:07 AM, N11 processed an unauthorized payment of ₺1,334.11 using my credit card stored in their system. This transaction occurred without my knowledge or consent, and shockingly, without any SMS verification.
The user who made this erroneous purchase must have realized their mistake, as they immediately requested a cancellation at 8:08 AM and again at 1:42 PM. However, N11's system rejected these cancellation requests.
I remained unaware of this transaction until today (July 18, 2024), when I received a "your package is on the way" message from Scotty, the delivery company. I then had to contact N11, the seller "ebebek," and the shipping company to explain the situation and request cancellation. I've also notified my bank about this issue.
To make matters worse, N11 has now suspended my account! I suspect they're trying to prevent me from accessing evidence, but they don't know who they're dealing with. I plan to report this incident to the relevant ministry through the CIMER platform.
Potential customers should think not twice, but twelve times before shopping with N11!
