N11 Order Canceled After Price Error, Refused to Honor Original Price



Back on March 22nd, 2024, I made a purchase on N11 for a waterproof jacket. It cost me ₺284.99, but luckily I had a discount coupon to use. The price was originally ₺650. After my order was confirmed and already in the "preparing" stage, I received a notification on March 26th, 2024, at 3:23 PM, stating that my order had been canceled because of a pricing error.
On March 27th, 2024, I reached out to customer service and they informed me that the product would be shipped. However, I later received information that the order had been canceled and the store had the authority to do so. I didn't get a response when I inquired about why my order was initially confirmed.
Later that day, around 11:30 AM, I got a call from the resolution center. They explained that the cancellation was a standard procedure and within their rights. In addition, they provided me with a ₺40 coupon as a form of compensation. However, I made it clear that I only wanted my product. They informed me that I would only be issued a refund and that the product would not be shipped.
I received a refund for the product I purchased on March 22nd, 2024. However, I was hoping to receive the actual product instead of a refund. Attached is a screenshot displaying the updated selling price of the product, which is now ₺1300.
