On August 10, 2025, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines flight (PC3011) from Mersin–İzmir–Barcelona through Mytrip, which included the “Self-Transfer Guarantee.” My reservation reference is T95D78 and my order number is 1075-356-597.
Due to a delay on the first leg (Mersin–İzmir), I missed the connecting İzmir–Barcelona flight. After the incident, I contacted Mytrip via live chat and email. However, they only offered a refund of ₺6,793.49 for the missed İzmir–Barcelona segment. According to the Self-Transfer Guarantee, Mytrip should have either provided an alternative flight to my destination under similar conditions or covered the full cost of a replacement ticket.
Because of this situation, I had to purchase a new İzmir–Barcelona ticket on August 12, 2025, for ₺7,580 at my own expense. Additionally, I spent $200 for two nights of accommodation due to the delay.
In line with the guarantee terms, I am requesting the following:
A full refund of the ₺7,580 paid for the replacement flight,
A reimbursement of $200 for two nights of accommodation,
The processing of the previously accepted refund for the original İzmir–Barcelona flight (₺6,793.49).
My loss and inconvenience have continued since August 11, 2025, and Mytrip has yet to fulfill its Self-Transfer Guarantee obligations. I urgently request a complete resolution and full reimbursement for all related costs.
