Mytrip Issued Invalid 575$ Voucher After THY Ticket Cancellation
On 23/07/2025, I purchased a Turkish Airlines (THY) ticket for the Moscow–Istanbul route via Mytrip. Due to an error on their side, I was forced to cancel the ticket. After the cancellation, I was issued a voucher worth 575$, valid for one year. However, when I attempted to use the voucher, I received an error message stating it was “invalid.”
On the same day, I contacted Mytrip via email to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. The ticket numbers are 2355409110089 and 2355409110090. Furthermore, when issuing the voucher, 10% of the amount was deducted, which already reduced my refund unfairly.
This process has caused me both financial loss and a serious waste of time. I expect Mytrip to either provide a valid, working voucher or issue a full refund of the amount owed to me. I request that my problem be resolved without any further delay and with proper communication.
