On September 13, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., I tried to cancel my reservation (No: 1085-569-203) through Mytrip. LOT Airlines had denied my boarding to Poland because I am a Russian citizen, so I needed to cancel my following Poland–Moldova flight booked through Mytrip. However, Mytrip repeatedly redirected me to the airline and insisted that the flight could not be canceled.
When I contacted Wizz Air, they confirmed that all transactions must be handled directly through Mytrip and that I was eligible for a refund. I even sent Mytrip a screenshot of this conversation, yet they still refused my refund request.
For the past two days, I’ve been trying to reach Mytrip by phone and through live chat, but I’ve been constantly kept on hold and never given a clear answer. The total payment of ₺8,614.07 was made with my credit card, and I had no additional services or insurance attached to the booking.
I am requesting that Mytrip process a full refund of ₺8,614.07 and resolve this issue immediately. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
