On 31.05.2025, I purchased a ticket for Ajet flight VF69 through Mytrip. On 12.08.2025, when checking my booking on the Mytrip website, I clearly saw that my ticket was listed under “Refundable According to Fare Rules”, which should allow me to cancel and receive a refund. Based on this information, I attempted to cancel my ticket and request my money back.
However, when I called the Mytrip call center, I was told that my ticket was non-refundable and that only changes were allowed, subject to very high penalties and service fees. The customer service experience was extremely frustrating, as I had to wait a long time and still received no clear solution. I also sent an email to Mytrip, and the response confirmed the same: that my ticket was non-refundable and could only be changed with high extra costs.
This directly contradicts the information displayed on the Mytrip website, which clearly showed that my ticket was refundable. My flight is scheduled for 16.08.2025, and I want to exercise my right to cancel under the rules shown to me during booking.
My order number is 1075-538-321, and I booked via iPhone using Chrome browser. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and I feel misled by contradictory information. I request that Mytrip honor the refundability terms displayed on its website and process the full refund of my ticket without delay.
