I booked a Prague to Antalya flight through Mytrip and was never informed that the flight had been canceled. On March 9, 2025, I went to Prague Airport ready to travel, only to be told by airport staff that my flight had been canceled three days earlier, on March 6.
Mytrip never contacted me by phone, email, or message. When I called them from the airport, they blamed the airline entirely and claimed they would “look into” refunding the canceled ticket. I also purchased cancellation and change insurance through them, but when I asked how it would help, they simply told me the insurer is based in London and handed me a phone number.
This is not customer service—it’s abandonment. I had to buy a new ticket on the spot at three times the original price. Mytrip, you sold me this ticket and insurance, and you will be held accountable. I will pursue every legal and consumer protection channel to recover my losses.
