Mytrip Refuses Refund for Cancelable Flight Ticket

I purchased a flight ticket through Mytrip, but despite the ticket being eligible for cancellation, the company refuses to issue a refund. Interestingly, passengers who booked the same flight directly through Anadolu Jet’s website were able to cancel and receive partial refunds, yet Mytrip does not provide this option.

When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly saying, “These are the rules.” This lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is extremely frustrating.

I demand that Mytrip honors the cancellation policy and processes my refund immediately. Ignoring customers and providing inadequate support is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly and provide a fair resolution.
