Mytrip Still Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Ticket After 17 Days

I canceled my flight ticket from Mytrip (Order No: 1059-314-258) and was told I’d receive a refund. It’s been 17 days, and I still haven’t received my money. Every time I contact customer service, they just tell me to “check with your bank” and provide no meaningful support or update.
The payment receipt they sent lacks basic details like the bank name or transaction reference, which makes the entire process feel unreliable and vague. I’m losing trust in the company because there is zero transparency and no sign of actual follow-through.
Mytrip, I demand that my ₺ refund be processed immediately and that you provide a clear, trackable confirmation of the transaction. Customers deserve timely and transparent service—not to be ignored and sent in circles.
