MyHeritage Email Error Preventing DNA Kit Shipment – Requesting Correction
I opened an account with MyHeritage and ordered a DNA kit on July 12th, but the kit hasn’t been shipped yet. Upon checking, I realized there was a typo in my email address. I tried to correct it, but the system didn’t allow me to. Now, two months have passed, and while my order shows as received, it still hasn’t been shipped. My correct email should be u************@hotmail.com. I couldn’t find a way to contact support through the site. I’m attaching a screenshot of my membership number in hopes that a representative can fix this issue. I don’t want to cancel the order, just have my information corrected and see the status updated to 'shipped.' I kindly request immediate attention from the responsible representative.
