I opened an account with MyHeritage and ordered a DNA kit on July 12th, but the kit hasn’t been shipped yet. Upon checking, I realized there was a typo in my email address. I tried to correct it, but the system didn’t allow me to. Now, two months have passed, and while my order shows as received, it still hasn’t been shipped. My correct email should be u************@hotmail.com. I couldn’t find a way to contact support through the site.
