I Want a Refund for My Canceled DNA Kit Order from MyHeritage
I ordered a DNA kit from MyHeritage but wanted to cancel due to recent customs issues. Despite sending multiple emails requesting the cancellation, I received no response from MyHeritage, and now the kit has been shipped. I have no intention of accepting the product, and I demand a full refund as soon as possible. It's incredibly frustrating that I can't get a proper reply or assistance from customer service. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect MyHeritage to resolve this issue quickly by refunding my payment and stopping the shipment.
