MyHeritage DNA Kit Never Arrived and Unauthorized €193.80 Charge on My Account

I ordered a DNA kit from MyHeritage, but it never arrived, even though DHL tracking shows it was delivered. I’ve emailed the company several times with no response. To make matters worse, I was charged €193.80 without my consent, and the invoice they issued doesn’t even match the amount—it should have been €118.80. I don’t want to assume the worst, but this situation feels suspicious. I’m requesting a full refund for both the kit I never received and the unauthorized charge. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect MyHeritage to address this issue immediately and return my money.
