Unauthorized Charge by MyHeritage, 120 Euro Deducted Without Notice, Awaiting Refund

I purchased a MyHeritage kit, which automatically started a 14-day family tree trial. After the trial ended, they charged me 120 Euros without my consent. According to their terms of service, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I reached out to su***@myheritage.com** to request a refund. The policy clearly states that I can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if I'm not satisfied with the subscription. However, it does not apply to shipped products like DNA kits. I’m now waiting for a response and will update here on the progress. I expect MyHeritage to honor their refund policy and return my money promptly.
