Unacceptable Extra Charges for Non-Alcoholic Drinks at My Home Resort Hotel

Today is my first day at My Home Resort Hotel, and I’m already disappointed. I asked for a non-alcoholic mojito at the bar, but the bartender told me that even non-alcoholic cocktails are charged extra. When I repeated that I didn’t want alcohol, he insisted it was still paid. He then sarcastically offered a “normal cocktail” by mixing pineapple juice with some coloring. I went to the reception to speak with a manager, and someone claiming to be the bar manager, h**, came and reiterated that mojitos, even with alcohol, are charged.

I’ve never experienced this in any all-inclusive 5-star hotel, where even alcoholic mojitos are typically included. I will also be filing a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive package!
