I just wanted a simple cleaning, booked it through their app – price seemed okay, online scheduling was convenient, you know the drill. But then, when the cleaner showed up, they hit me with this whole "special treatment, extra fees" thing for areas I already described when booking! I was floored. Needing the clean and feeling pressured, I caved, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. Afterward, the bill came with even more surprises – hidden fees for "service taxes" and "processing" that they never mentioned upfront! These fees practically doubled the original price! I tried to fight it with customer service, but they were useless. "It's our policy," they said, not caring that they totally surprised me with these charges.
