My Home Resort Hotel Alanya canceled my reservation for no reason. I made the reservation through Etstur, and later I received a call from Etstur stating that the hotel would not accept the reservation because it was made through the Etstur application. How can this happen? If the hotel doesn't accept reservations through Etstur, why do they allow Etstur to book on their behalf? This hotel completely ruined my vacation.
