I made the complete payment and got a confirmation email as well but one day before my booking, I got a call from Etstur that my reservation had been canceled by the hotel. How can this happen? My vacation was spoiled. If Etstur cannot book a room in a hotel then that hotel should not be available for booking on the Etstur application. I am aggrieved about this.
