“Thank you very much, every detail of my complaint was addressed, and I am very pleased.”

I've been using Mustela sunscreen for about four years and have never had a problem with any of their products. However, I recently purchased a bottle of Trendyol sunscreen, and to my surprise, it triggered an allergic response on my face. This unanticipated reaction has bewildered me and prevented me from using the product.

I'm wondering if the product's recipe has changed, which could explain the sudden allergy. I've always been pleased with Mustela sunscreens, and I'm concerned about this unexpected change.

I'm contacting Mustela to request explanation on this situation. I'd appreciate it if you could look into the potential of a formula change or other things that may have contributed to my allergic reaction.
