Hello. I purchased the Mustela SPF 50 sunscreen from a pharmacy two weeks ago. It came with a complimentary after-sun lotion, which initially made it seem like a good deal. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite. I developed a severe sun allergy after using the product, and my entire vacation was ruined as a result.
I specifically bought this sunscreen to protect my skin, not harm it. On top of that, I later checked the manufacturing date, and realized the product was older than I expected. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have never purchased it—especially at this price.
I paid a serious amount—₺—for a product that did the exact opposite of what it claimed. I’m requesting a full refund and asking Mustela to investigate this issue immediately. No one should have to suffer skin damage and waste their money due to poor product quality or outdated stock. Please take responsibility and resolve this as soon as possible.
