I purchased Mustela diaper rash cream from Hepsiburada and applied it regularly after every diaper change for my baby. About two days after starting to use the cream, red spots and noticeable irritation appeared in the diaper area where the rash was present.
As of today, I have stopped using the product, and I have not yet taken my baby to the doctor, but experiencing this kind of reaction on my baby’s skin has made me very concerned. I feel disappointed that a product intended for babies caused this reaction on my baby’s sensitive skin.
Due to this negative experience, I am requesting a refund for the product I used. I would also appreciate being informed about the product’s ingredients and any components that may cause such skin reactions.
