I Face Unauthorized Price Increase and No Cancellation Option After Mspy Trial

I purchased a 1-day trial subscription from Mspy, which was clearly advertised at ₺38 during checkout. However, immediately after completing the payment, the charge suddenly increased to ₺2,000 without my consent. The terms stated that if I didn’t cancel within 24 hours, the plan would automatically convert to a monthly subscription — yet after signing up, there was no visible option to cancel and no way to contact customer support.

I paid with my credit card and, upon noticing the issue, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. The only response I received was an automated email stating they would get back to me in “a few days,” which is unacceptable. By then, my subscription may already be switched to the monthly plan, causing even more unauthorized charges.

This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I am deeply concerned about my payment security. I demand a full refund of the ₺2,000 and confirmation that my subscription is canceled to prevent further charges.
