MySpy Parental Tracking App Didn't Work as Promised and Refused My Refund

I'm quite disappointed with the MySpy parental tracking app. After buying the service, I discovered that nothing worked as claimed. Instead of correcting the difficulties, the software invites you to purchase a separate, more expensive service called "My Assistant" to fix them. This seems like an intentional bait-and-switch approach. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund for a service that provided no value. The customer service is quite unhelpful and sluggish to answer, particularly when discontinuing the subscription. It appears like their primary focus is on making money rather than providing a dependable and functional product. I strongly advise against using MySpy because it is a waste of time and money.
