During the installation phase, we ran into issues, and a representative from the international segment tried connecting remotely to complete the installation for three days. After being told that the issue was not their fault, I was instead offered a free subscription for the next month. Since the site is already located in another country, contacting its representatives in Turkey is completely out of the question. I would never, ever suggest it to anyone.
