I purchased a 1-month plan from Mspy just to try it out, but the experience was nothing like they advertised. Right after signing up, they aggressively tried to upsell me a technical support package I didn’t ask for—and even attempted to charge ₺800 to my card without permission.
As for the app itself, it's practically useless. It couldn’t perform most of what was promised. In 24 hours, it only captured 4 WhatsApp screenshots. There were no call logs, no Instagram activity, and the only thing it showed properly was the contact list.
When I requested a refund, they made the process extremely difficult. Although they list a “support line for Turkey,” it’s impossible to reach. After several days of back-and-forth emails and negotiations, I was only able to recover 75% of what I paid.
Mspy, your service is misleading, your refund process is exhausting, and your unauthorized billing is unacceptable. I want the remaining ₺ refunded immediately. You shouldn’t profit from features you can’t deliver.
