mSpy Refused My Refund Despite Promising 15-Day Cancellation

We purchased a 3-month mSpy subscription for tracking purposes, and were clearly told we had the right to cancel and request a full refund within 15 days. Based on that assurance, we proceeded with the purchase.
However, when we tried to cancel within the specified period, mSpy refused to honor the refund, offering nothing but excuses and delays. Despite their own stated policy, they are now ignoring our request and failing to follow through on what was promised.
This is completely unacceptable and dishonest business behavior. If you state that a refund is available within 15 days, then you must respect it—no exceptions, no games.
We are formally requesting the immediate cancellation of our subscription and a full refund. If mSpy continues to avoid responsibility, we will report this to consumer protection authorities.
