Mspy App Not Working and Unauthorized Charges, Requesting Cancellation and Full Refund

I installed the Mspy application following the provided steps, but the program isn’t working, and an additional unauthorized charge was made to my card without my consent. After accepting the initial payment, a larger amount was withdrawn from my account without my approval. How can you justify taking money from my account without permission? This is completely unacceptable. I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of all charges. It has been much less than 15 days since I subscribed, and I will pursue my rights if this issue is not resolved promptly.
