I downloaded the MSPY app once, but it wasn’t useful and didn’t meet my needs. After trying it briefly, I entered my account details, decided to delete the account, and uninstalled the app. Despite this, MSPY continues to withdraw ₺465 from my account every month without my authorization. I find this completely unacceptable. How can you charge for a service I am not using and have already canceled? I demand an immediate resolution and a refund for all unauthorized payments taken from my account. MSPY must stop these charges immediately and take accountability for this unfair practice.
