MSPY Charged Me Without Consent After Trial, App Features Don’t Work

I deeply regret downloading and trying the MSPY app. I purchased the one-day trial for ₺38 just to test it out. However, not only did none of the promised features work—making the app itself completely useless—but the real shock came the next day when I checked my bank account.

Without any notice or approval from me, MSPY charged my card an additional ₺500. I never authorized that payment, never received an email or SMS, and certainly didn’t agree to extend or upgrade anything beyond the trial. This is unacceptable and feels like outright theft.

I demand a full and immediate refund of the ₺500 that was wrongfully taken. I also request that my subscription be fully canceled and that my card information be permanently removed from your system. If this issue is not addressed right away, I will report this unauthorized transaction to my bank and pursue legal action. MSPY needs to take accountability and stop taking advantage of users with deceptive billing practices.
