I installed the mSpy app on my Android device to test it, as it was advertised with a one-time trial fee. I linked my account and used it only once, but the app turned out to be completely useless for my needs. Despite never authorizing further payments, ₺603.57 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. I have the payment receipt as proof of this unauthorized transaction.
I have not yet contacted customer service, mainly because I am unsure how to cancel the subscription within the app. I never agreed to any recurring charges and made no further use of the service after the trial.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺603.57 and a full cancellation of my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to protect my consumer rights.
