MSPY Charged My Card Without Consent and I Can’t Reach Support for a Refund

I’m very frustrated with MSPY. They withdrew money from my card without any notice or authorization. I never received a payment confirmation, an invoice, or even a simple email notification. I only found out when I checked my bank balance and saw the unauthorized charge.
I immediately tried to reach live support, but surprise — it’s completely inaccessible. I sent several emails, and each one just redirected me back to their “live chat,” which, again, doesn’t respond. It’s like chasing shadows.
To make matters worse, their website has some vague refund policy page, but it’s just a formality. There’s no real way to contact anyone, and they’re clearly ignoring refund requests.
