Even though I never installed the MSPY app, MSPY charged my credit card four times, totaling $71, and has not refunded any of the withdrawals. I emailed them multiple times, but it was useless. In their last email, they only stated that no further charges would be made. When I asked what would happen to the amounts previously taken, I received no response.
I request a full investigation into these unauthorized charges and the immediate refund of the $71 that was withdrawn from my card without my permission.
