Mspy charged my bank account ₺2,500 without my authorization. I never knowingly subscribed to anything that costs this much, and yet the money was taken without any warning, confirmation, or invoice. What’s even worse is that there’s absolutely no way to reach a real person for help. No phone number, no proper support channel—just an endless loop of automated responses and silence.
I am terrified to think how much more they might withdraw if I don’t shut down my account immediately. How is a company allowed to operate this way? This is outright theft, and it erodes all trust people have in online services.
There must be accountability. What Mspy is doing is not just unethical, it’s illegal. I’m urging others to be extremely cautious and monitor their accounts closely. I will also be pursuing action through the Consumer Arbitration Committee to get my money back and expose this behavior.
