I Want a Full Refund for the Unauthorized mSpy Transaction
On April 10, a charge of approximately $54 was made from my personal credit card under the name mSpy. I never gave any approval or authorization for this transaction. In addition, the mSpy application that I downloaded and installed afterward for use does not even open or function at all.
Because money was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission and the application itself does not work in any way, I have experienced serious inconvenience and frustration. If there is any membership, subscription, or agreement associated with my account that I did not authorize or approve, I request that it be canceled immediately.
I also demand that the full approximately $54 charged from my credit card be urgently refunded to me and that all necessary security measures be taken to prevent any further unauthorized transactions or activity through my account.
