I had to get my laptop, the MSI GS65 9SF 419-xtr, fixed at the official MSI service center because there were problems with the keyboard and hinges on the new device. It was still under warranty, so they took care of it. About 15 months later, I came across the same problem again, and I decided to send the device back to the same service center to get the hinge repaired, taking into account the cost of the repair. But, when I got the device back from the service, they told me that the screen was damaged and asked for a ridiculously high amount of money to replace it. Even though I have written proof that the screen was sent in good condition, they still asked me to pay the bill. I didn't want to pay, so I only paid for the service charges and asked for the device back right away. When I received the device, I noticed that the panel was damaged because of issues with the hinge. The worker opened the device without being careful and ended up damaging the panel because of the hinge problems. Also, after he finished servicing, he used force through the USB to try and fix the bottom part of the case, but ended up damaging the magnesium alloy casing. I tried to get video recordings of the repair process, but they wouldn't let me through phone or email. I'm not getting a response. I'm currently dealing with this problem in the consumer protection arbitration court, and I'll fight for my rights until I get a resolution.
