MSI PE60 7RD-435TR Notebook Back Cover Hinges Are Constantly Breaking

I bought an MSI PE60 7rd 435tr laptop in 2017, and I always have a problem with the back cover hinges breaking. Even though this issue happens frequently with this series, it's seen as a mistake made by the user. I had to get a replacement at the service center because of this issue while the warranty was still valid. I faced the same issue again once the warranty was over. I tried to fix the problem for now, but the cover is totally useless because of this issue. I can't find spare parts for this series anywhere. I was so tired until I got to work. When I reached out to them, they told me, "If you have the part, just send it over and we'll let you know how much the repair will cost." If you decide not to get it fixed, you'll have to pay for the service. I've been dealing with this problem ever since I bought this product, and it seems like I'm not the only one who's been affected by it. I can't tell anyone about my problem. I have a complaint to share.
