MSI Laptop Refund Problem
I bought an MSI laptop intending to gift it to my sister, who is studying computer programming. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be faulty. I sent it for repair, and after inspection, they deemed it suitable for replacement. However, in the report, it was stated that the laptop would remain at the service center, and I was informed that I would receive a replacement or refund if I sent the report and archived invoice to the seller. However, the seller refused the replacement. They insisted that I retrieve the product from the service center and return it to them for a refund. However, the service center stated that the product would remain with them and that they would send it back in any case, also mentioning that they had reported it as faulty. With schools about to reopen soon, I want to emphasize that we are suffering due to this situation. It's clear that the seller is unwilling to provide either a refund or a replacement. We are in distress and seek your assistance. The petition and the replacement report from the service center, along with the archived invoice, have been attached visually. Can you please help us? We are truly in a desperate situation.
