MSI Faulty Laptop, No Technical Support

A week ago, I bought an MSI Bravo 15 laptop, but by the third day of use, I noticed that the sound was muffled and that it would turn off on its own, despite being fully charged. I took it back to the shop I bought it from and made a formal complaint, asking for a replacement. The shop told me they couldn't replace it and I'd have to ship it to the service center instead. Even though I had barely used it, they assured me that the laptop would be repaired in about a month. As an engineering student who relies on his laptop for his drawings, I knew after two days that I couldn't afford to be without it for another month while it was in the service center. After a year and three months of use, I've noticed a mark on the screen that won't go away no matter how often I clean it. The laptop hasn't been fixed yet, and the low sound and sudden battery drain problems persist. Because of my inability to master the laptop's intricacies, I've had to endure a great deal of stress and frustration. Shame on you, you wasted both my money and my time.
