I purchased my MSI GP76 Leopard laptop in 2021 through Hepsiburada, and I’ve been using it in Antalya. About two weeks ago, the hinge joints broke while I was simply opening the lid in a normal way. Since the warranty period has expired, I haven’t yet contacted an authorized service center.
My invoice number is nde20210641. Because of the broken hinge, I can no longer use the laptop properly, and the issue continues to worsen. It’s very disappointing for a product to develop such a defect in such a short time. Although my warranty has expired, I believe this is a chronic manufacturing defect, and I’m requesting that the repair be carried out free of charge.
I kindly ask for support and a proper solution regarding this matter.
