MSI Vector 16 Hx A13V Ripple On Dark Background

My MSI Vector 16 hx A13V laptop, which is still under warranty, is experiencing intense flickering, especially on the dark screen. I initially ignored it, hoping it would be fixed with updates, but unfortunately, it hasn't. I'm calling an authorized service center, which is a service center. Unfortunately, even after waiting for minutes on the phone, it hangs up before I can reach an authorized person. It's unbelievable who a company like MSI has entrusted its service to. I want them to contact us as soon as possible and resolve my issue.
