I purchased an MSI Cyborg 15 A13V laptop on October 16, 2024, but its battery only lasts 3 hours, even with minimal usage such as video playback and basic tasks. I sent the laptop for service just 11 days after purchase, and it has been sent for repairs three times since. Each time, the service center claimed there was no issue and returned the laptop to me. However, the retailer, Vatan Bilgisayar, informed me that this battery performance is abnormal.
No games or heavy applications have been installed on the device. Despite this, the issue persists, and the laptop has spent more time in service than in my possession. I am requesting a full refund for this defective product. MSI needs to address this issue promptly and honor their commitment to quality.
