Today, my account is not VIP, but I received a 1-day VIP through the MSP Free VIP promotion. Because a single day just isn't sufficient, I made the decision to invest in VIP. On 27.04.2024 at 13:50, I made the purchase for a 1-year VIP package priced at ₺299.99. I'm disappointed because even though the payment went through, I lost the VIP I bought during the limited-time promotion. Can you please help me as soon as you can?

Here is the proof of your purchase: I have requested VIP membership, so I kindly ask for either a refund or the provision of the VIP membership. I'm really frustrated and let down by this situation!I have evidence below that I bought VIP but am unable to utilize it. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
