I Got Charged ₺445 by MSPY for a ₺38 Trial Without My Consent

I signed up for a ₺38 one-day trial with MSPY, thinking it would be a safe way to test the service. However, before I could even enter the 3D Secure code, my account was immediately charged ₺445 without my authorization. That’s more than 10 times the amount I agreed to pay!

What’s worse, I never even received access to the service, and the membership I supposedly paid for was never activated. I’ve already submitted a complaint before, but I still haven’t received any refund or proper response. This is completely unethical and misleading behavior for a company to engage in.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount withdrawn and a complete cancellation of this so-called membership. This kind of shady billing practice should be investigated, and I will not hesitate to report MSPY to consumer protection agencies if this issue isn’t resolved swiftly.
